Overview We are seeking a dedicated Franchise Account Manager to join our Franchise team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with active supermarkets providing day to day operational and commercial support and monitoring their overall performance This role involves acting as the main point of contact for supermarkets analyzing their challenges coordinating solutions monitoring support SLAs managing financial communications and identifying potential risks of partnership termination The position requires regular communication with supermarkets and close follow up on operational and commercial matters Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for active supermarkets regarding day to day matters Analyze supermarket challenges provide practical solutions and follow up until full resolution Provide operational and commercial support to supermarkets Monitor support SLAs including response times and issue resolution times Communicate periodic updates regarding changes policies and campaigns of the Franchise team to supermarkets Organize regular meetings with supermarkets Prepare and send periodic invoices and respond to financial questions and discrepancies Monitor the performance of each supermarket and follow up on achieving the expected performance level Identify early signs of potential partnership termination and provide improvement plans Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management Sales Business Development or Enterprise Customer Management Ability to analyze sales performance and identify business growth opportunities Proficiency in data analysis and preparing management reports using Excel and Google Sheets Ability to manage conflicts follow up on operational issues and improve franchisee satisfaction and loyalty Results oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple business accounts simultaneously تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ مارکت کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
