We are seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst to join the Business Solutions team within the Group Strategy Office and contribute to shaping the strategic direction and long term growth of Wallex Group
In this role you will work on high impact strategic questions across the Group from identifying and evaluating growth opportunities to supporting market entry portfolio decisions organizational and governance design new business models investments and other strategic initiatives You will turn complex and ambiguous business challenges into structured analyses and clear decision ready recommendations for senior leadership
Responsibilities
Frame complex and ambiguous business challenges into clear strategic questions and structured workstreams
Contribute to the design and evaluation of corporate and holding structures governance models and organizational frameworks
Support initiatives related to Enterprise Architecture and the alignment of business capabilities organizational structures and strategic priorities
Conduct strategic analysis across markets competitors customers industry dynamics regulation and emerging trends
Assess market attractiveness competitive positioning growth potential and strategic fit of new opportunities
Support the development of corporate business unit and growth strategies aligned with the Group s long term objectives
Evaluate new markets products business models strategic partnerships investments and M A opportunities from a strategic perspective
Develop and compare strategic alternatives identify key trade offs and recommend clear courses of action
Conduct market sizing benchmarking scenario analysis financial analysis and business case development to support strategic decisions
Identify key assumptions risks dependencies and uncertainties that may materially affect strategic outcomes
Support strategic planning prioritization and portfolio discussions across businesses and initiatives within the Group
Translate complex analysis into concise recommendation led materials for senior management and executive decision making
Collaborate with Product Finance Investment Legal Business Development and other teams to incorporate specialist perspectives into strategic recommendations
Monitor major market competitive regulatory governance and technology developments and assess their implications for Wallex Group
Contribute to the evaluation and prioritization of Group level strategic initiatives based on impact feasibility strategic fit and resource requirements
Maintain ownership of strategic workstreams from initial problem definition through recommendation and leadership alignment
Use AI and analytical tools as part of the research synthesis modeling and problem solving workflow while independently validating outputs
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Strategy Business Strategy Management Consulting Investment Corporate Governance Board Affairs or a related analytical or advisory role
Experience working within a holding company group structure or multi business organization
Strong strategic thinking and problem framing skills with the ability to identify the core question behind complex or ambiguous business challenges
Strong understanding of corporate strategy growth strategy market entry competitive positioning business models and strategic planning
Familiarity with corporate and holding structures Corporate Governance Enterprise Architecture and Board related processes
Ability to assess industries markets competitors and businesses and translate findings into clear strategic implications
Strong analytical skills including market sizing scenario analysis financial analysis and business case development
Ability to evaluate opportunities across strategic commercial financial regulatory operational governance and execution dimensions
Strong judgment and the ability to develop clear recommendations under uncertainty including recommending a No Go when appropriate
Strong executive communication and writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into concise decision ready materials
Ability to independently manage strategic workstreams while collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams
Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly develop a working understanding of unfamiliar industries markets and business models
Ability to prioritize strategic issues based on business impact and relevance to the Group s long term objectives
Familiarity with financial services FinTech digital assets investment or capital markets is considered an advantage
Experience in Management Consulting Corporate Strategy Investment Banking Private Equity Venture Capital Corporate Governance Board Relations or strategy roles within technology or financial services companies is considered an advantage
