We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join our client a well established manufacturing company to lead and strengthen the full range of human resources activities in a manufacturing environment This role partners with senior leaders and line managers to translate business priorities into practical people plans build consistent HR processes and support an engaged high performing workforce The position is based on site in Kahrizak
Key Responsibilities
bull Develop and execute HR strategies and annual people plans aligned with business objectives
bull Lead end to end recruitment selection onboarding and workforce planning
bull Design and oversee performance management compensation recognition and employee development processes
bull Ensure compliance with Iranian labor law Social Security regulations and internal policies
bull Manage employee relations grievances disciplinary matters and workplace conflict fairly and consistently
bull Identify training needs and implement learning and leadership development programs
bull Coach managers on people management organizational design and change initiatives
bull Lead and develop the HR team while improving HR policies procedures and systems
What You Bring
bull Proven managerial experience in human resources preferably in a manufacturing organization
bull Strong knowledge of Iranian labor law Social Security regulations employee relations and HR compliance
bull Hands on experience across recruitment performance management learning and development and compensation processes
bull Ability to translate business needs into practical HR policies and action plans
bull Strong leadership communication negotiation conflict resolution and problem solving skills
bull Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data and prepare clear management reports
