Deliver spare parts service requests end to end ensure SLA compliance handle related tasks in IT system platforms and continuously improve the efficiency of Spare Parts Service Delivery
Implement spare parts warehousing and logistics distribution management
Monitor the performance of inbound and outbound deliveries
Verify and validate suppliers delivery processes and reports
Conduct inventory of spare parts assets analyze discrepancies and adjust accounts to ensure consistency between physical inventory and records
Complete documentation and reports related to spare parts transactions and prepare required reports based on management customer requirements
Requirements
MS Office skills e g Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to evaluate and properly document studies and reports
Familiar with inventory management systems
Good communication skills and good spoken and written English
Good analytical skills
Organizational and time management skills
Strategic thinking
Adaptability and flexibility
Ability to work as a shift based employee
Being on call 24 7 for emergency work requirements
