About the Role
We are looking for a detail oriented and responsible Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing plans and campaigns collect and analyze market and customer information and prepare marketing reports The role contributes to achieving approved marketing objectives and improving the effectiveness of the organization s communication activities
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Activities Execution Assist in implementing marketing advertising and promotional activities in accordance with approved plans the marketing calendar and organizational guidelines
Marketing Campaign Coordination Follow up on and coordinate campaign execution activities with internal departments suppliers and relevant contractors to ensure proper implementation
Marketing Content Development and Updates Assist in preparing revising and managing marketing materials and tools including promotional content brochures product presentation files and other related documents
Market Information Collection and Analysis Collect information about the market customers competitors and industry trends and provide relevant data to support marketing analysis
Marketing Performance Monitoring Follow up on marketing activities collect campaign performance data and prepare preliminary reports on campaign outcomes
Marketing Reports and Documentation Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities completed initiatives and market information for relevant managers
Requirements and Qualifications
Familiarity with marketing principles and concepts
Ability to collect and analyze market and customer information
Familiarity with marketing campaign planning and execution processes
Ability to prepare marketing reports and documentation
Strong coordination and follow up skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal departments and suppliers
High level of accuracy organization and accountability
