Strong programming skills in C and or Go Golang
Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems and system programming
Experience with TCP IP networking sockets and client server architectures
Understanding of multi threading concurrency synchronization and inter process communication
Ability to debug complex software issues and analyze system behavior
Familiarity with software design principles and modular architecture
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer with strong programming experience in C and Go Golang to join our engineering team
You will be involved in designing developing testing and maintaining software solutions for industrial automation Remote Terminal Units RTUs SCADA systems communication gateways and embedded platforms
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of system level programming network communication software architecture and industrial communication protocols
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain software applications using C and Go
Develop embedded and system level software for industrial devices and platforms
Implement and maintain communication protocols and network services
Develop reliable and efficient TCP IP based communication solutions
Work with industrial communication protocols such as IEC 60870 5 101 104 Modbus DNP3 IEC 61850 and SNMP
Develop software modules for RTUs PLCs SCADA systems and protocol gateways
Optimize software performance memory usage reliability and resource utilization
Develop multi threaded and concurrent applications
Perform debugging testing code reviews and software maintenance
Maintain technical documentation and follow software development best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in embedded Linux development
Experience with industrial automation or power system applications
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols
IEC 60870 5 101 IEC 60870 5 104
Modbus RTU Modbus TCP
DNP3
SNMP
Experience with cross compilation and ARM based platforms
Familiarity with Linux services systemd and device interfaces
Experience with PostgreSQL SQLite or other database systems
Knowledge of secure communication TLS and cybersecurity principles
Familiarity with CI CD automated testing and software quality assurance
