About the Role
The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for designing and improving compensation benefits and reward programs that support organizational effectiveness employee experience and business objectives The role combines reward expertise workforce cost analysis and data driven decision making to ensure fair competitive and sustainable people practices
Responsibilities
Design maintain and continuously improve compensation structures salary bands pay scales and job evaluation frameworks
Conduct compensation benchmarking salary surveys and workforce cost analyses to support reward related decision making and HR budgeting
Design evaluate and enhance employee benefits incentive programs and total reward initiatives to ensure effectiveness competitiveness and employee value
Analyze compensation benefits and workforce data
Develop reports dashboards and actionable insights to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain reward related policies frameworks and governance practices
Collaborate with HR Finance and business leaders to implement reward related initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
