We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client a recruitment and HR services company We are looking for an experienced results driven professional who can leverage market knowledge targeted talent sourcing and effective recruitment practices to attract top talent and support the growth of clients teams
Key Responsibilities
bull Manage the end to end recruitment process from gathering hiring requirements to extending offers
bull Analyze job descriptions and client hiring needs to develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role
bull Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn job boards professional networking and targeted sourcing techniques
bull Review resumes conduct HR interviews and assess candidates suitability for specific roles
bull Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain clear professional communication throughout the recruitment process
bull Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize activities based on urgency and client requirements
bull Build and maintain relationships with skilled professionals and senior level talent through targeted market research and professional networks
bull Track recruitment KPIs and recommend improvements to hiring quality and process efficiency
bull Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes tools and practices
What You Bring
bull At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably hiring for specialist and managerial roles
bull Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of positions
bull Hands on experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through targeted outreach
bull Proficiency in LinkedIn job boards and other candidate sourcing tools and platforms
bull Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with a solid understanding of effective recruitment practices
bull Strong stakeholder management and strategic sourcing skills to understand hiring managers needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
bull Excellent relationship building negotiation and stakeholder management skills
bull Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple vacancies balance competing demands and drive hiring processes to completion
bull Analytical mindset strong sense of ownership and a focus on hiring quality and recruitment effectiveness
Nice To Have
bull Experience recruiting for specialized managerial and senior level positions
bull Experience working with companies across different industries particularly technology companies and digital businesses
bull Proficiency in English
bull Familiarity with AI powered tools and modern talent acquisition technologies
