We are looking for an experienced hands on Software Engineering Team Lead to lead our software development team and take ownership of design develop and delivering reliable scalable software solutions
As the Software Engineering Team Lead you will be responsible for technical decisions software architecture development quality team growth and delivery of software projects
You will collaborate closely with the AI Engineering Team to integrate AI capabilities into reliable secure production ready applications
We are looking for someone who can balance hands on engineering technical leadership and effective team management
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership Architecture
Lead technical design and architectural decisions across backend and frontend projects
Design scalable maintainable and secure software systems and services
Guide development using Go TypeScript NestJS React and Next js
Define engineering standards coding conventions and development best practices
Lead code reviews and contribute directly to critical or complex implementations
Evaluate technical trade offs manage technical debt and improve system performance
Team Leadership Delivery
Lead mentor and support software engineers across different seniority levels
Break down project requirements into actionable engineering tasks
Coordinate technical planning task prioritization estimation and sprint execution
Identify technical risks dependencies and development bottlenecks
Take ownership of technical delivery quality and release readiness
Contribute to technical interviews onboarding and team development
Promote knowledge sharing documentation and continuous improvement
Backend Systems Integrations
Oversee the development and maintenance of backend services using Go and TypeScript NestJS
Design and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC based service communication
Guide the implementation of event driven and asynchronous systems using RabbitMQ
Oversee database architecture data modeling query optimization and caching strategies using Redis
Ensure secure authentication and authorization including integration with Keycloak
Improve system reliability error handling monitoring and troubleshooting
Frontend AI Team Collaboration
Guide frontend architecture and engineering practices for React and Next js applications
Ensure reliable integration between frontend backend and AI services
Collaborate with the AI Engineering Team on API contracts messaging data exchange and deployment requirements
Coordinate cross team dependencies and resolve integration challenges
Ensure AI powered features meet production requirements for performance reliability and security
Engineering Quality
Establish effective testing code review and Git workflows
Collaborate on CI CD deployment processes and production monitoring
Improve maintainability scalability observability and application security
Drive root cause analysis and long term solutions for recurring technical issues
