About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong SRE Monitoring Engineer to join our Support Monitoring team and help us evolve toward a more mature Site Reliability Engineering model
Our team is responsible for monitoring and operational support across multiple production services and projects The goal of this role is to improve observability incident response automation troubleshooting capability and the overall technical maturity of the team
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving production issues improving monitoring systems automating repetitive tasks and building better operational processes
Responsibilities
Design improve and maintain monitoring and observability solutions
Work with Grafana Zabbix Prometheus and related monitoring tools
Build and improve dashboards for critical services
Design meaningful alerts and reduce alert noise
Monitor APIs endpoints applications and infrastructure components
Troubleshoot production incidents and service degradation
Analyze logs and perform initial root cause investigation
Troubleshoot Linux and network related issues
Investigate API HTTP status code authentication token and connectivity issues
Collaborate with Infrastructure DevOps Development Database and other technical teams during incidents
Help define and improve incident management processes
Create and maintain runbooks for recurring incidents
Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Postmortem activities
Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them
Develop internal automation using Python Bash or similar tools
Help improve reporting alerting and operational workflows
Help improve service reliability and reduce MTTR
Transfer technical knowledge to Support and Monitoring team members
Help selected team members grow toward Technical Support and Junior SRE responsibilities
Required Skills
Strong Linux troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of networking concepts such as
TCP IP
DNS
HTTP HTTPS
SSL TLS
Connectivity troubleshooting
Hands on experience with one or more monitoring and observability tools such as
Grafana
Prometheus
Zabbix
Alertmanager
Blackbox Exporter
Experience with REST APIs
Familiarity with tools such as curl and Postman
Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot production services
Understanding of HTTP status codes authentication tokens and API keys
Familiarity with Docker
Scripting ability with Python or Bash
Familiarity with Git
Understanding of incident management and root cause analysis
Nice to Have
Experience with Ansible
Familiarity with Nginx Load Balancers and Reverse Proxies
Experience working with databases Redis or message queues
Understanding of SLI SLO SLA and Error Budget concepts
Previous experience in SRE DevOps NOC Technical Support or Production Operations environments
Basic to intermediate understanding of Kubernetes concepts

Ability to remain structured during production incidents
Good documentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with different technical teams
Interest in automation and continuous improvement
Willingness to share knowledge and mentor less technical team members

Ability to work independently without relying entirely on predefined tasks
