We are seeking a National Sales Manager to join our client a reputable pharmaceutical company This role is dedicated to integrating and directing the entire sales organization nationwide translating macro level commercial strategies into precise execution plans to increase market share and achieve the company s revenue targets
Key Responsibilities
bull Develop and execute the national sales strategy and translate it into precise operational plans
bull Define and allocate sales targets budgets and resources across various regions and provinces
bull Manage train guide and continuously evaluate the performance of Regional Sales Managers RSMs
bull Prepare and regularly review sales forecasts to optimize inventory management and prevent product shortages
bull Monitor Key Performance Indicators KPIs and promptly implement corrective actions when necessary
bull Manage strategic relationships with distribution companies to ensure proper distribution and product availability
bull Ensure the high quality and coordinated execution of field sales programs across all regions
What You Bring
bull Minimum of 12 years of successful sales experience
bull Bachelor s degree or higher preferably in Biology Laboratory Sciences Genetics or Nutrition
bull Full proficiency in formulating sales strategies and sales forecasting techniques
bull Powerful skills in leading coaching and developing large scale sales teams
bull Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with business partners and distribution companies
bull Proficiency in analyzing sales data for troubleshooting and performance improvement
Nice To Have
bull Proficiency in Business Intelligence BI software and data analysis dashboards
bull Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing processes to foster better alignment with the marketing team
bull Experience in managing distribution on a national scale and a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical distribution companies
bull Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical industry laws regulations and restrictions
