Role Overview
We are looking for Full Stack Software Engineers who think and operate like Product Builders people who turn business problems into valuable software products In this role you will build end to end product capabilities developing web experiences with Next js and backend services with Python and or Java Success combines product thinking strong engineering fundamentals sound systems design and ownership from discovery through production
What You ll Build
Turn business problems customer needs and operational workflows into practical scalable software solutions
Design build and evolve end to end product capabilities across web interfaces services APIs data integrations and user workflows
Build responsive maintainable web applications with Next js React and TypeScript integrating them with secure backend APIs
Develop reliable backend services and APIs using Python such as FastAPI or Django and or Java such as Spring Boot choosing the right approach for the product need
Design sound software architecture including service boundaries data flows API contracts security persistence and integration patterns
Build maintainable secure and resilient systems using automated testing observability continuous integration and delivery and containerized deployment practices
Own software from discovery through production and continuous improvement use AI assisted development responsibly and validate quality and correctness

Understand business domains customer needs and operational workflows connect technical decisions to product outcomes
Translate ambiguous requirements into clear product increments technical plans and deliverable software across the stack
Balance customer value time to market technical quality accessibility and long term maintainability when making engineering decisions
Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders and contribute constructively to product discovery
Engineering Expertise and Architecture
Hands on frontend development with Next js React and TypeScript including component design routing data fetching forms responsive layouts and integration with backend APIs
Practical backend development in Python FastAPI and or Django and Java Spring Boot experience in both is valuable with depth in at least one and willingness to work across the other
Strong understanding of software architecture object oriented design clean code SOLID principles common design patterns and the software development lifecycle
Ability to design and evolve APIs databases integrations and distributed service boundaries working knowledge of SQL REST authentication authorization and event driven patterns
Working knowledge of Git code review automated testing secure coding container concepts cloud deployment logging monitoring and production troubleshooting Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes or data engineering concepts is a plus

You are unwilling to build and maintain software across the frontend and backend using Next js and Python and or Java
You avoid architecture discussions code reviews testing documentation or responsibility for technical trade offs
You measure success only by the amount of code written rather than the value quality reliability and usability of the software delivered
You use AI generated code without reviewing testing and taking accountability for it
Who We re Looking For
A business minded Full Stack Software Engineer and Product Builder who enjoys solving meaningful problems and delivering customer and business value
An engineer with practical Next js React and TypeScript frontend experience and backend development experience in Python and or Java supported by sound judgment in APIs databases architecture security and reliability
A curious collaborative accountable problem solver who takes ownership from discovery and implementation through deployment monitoring and continuous improvement You understand core DevOps practices and continuous integration and delivery workflows well enough to collaborate on and support reliable releases
