Kourosh Livestock and Poultry seeks an experienced Deputy of Logistics to join our top management team in Tehran This role is critical in aligning our logistics operations with strategic goals ensuring efficient supply chain processes and supporting the overall growth and success of our company
Responsibilities
Develop and implement logistics strategies in line with company objectives
Oversee the management of supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Monitor logistics performance and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding logistics and transportation
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers vendors and partners
Supervise and mentor the logistics team to enhance their performance and professional growth
Prepare and manage budgets for logistics operations
Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in a senior logistics or supply chain management role
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to develop and implement effective logistics strategies
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with logistics software and systems
