Responsibilities
Develop and execute Trade Marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead channel strategies across Modern Trade Traditional Trade Key Accounts and E commerce
Design and manage trade promotions merchandising and in store execution
Collaborate with Sales Marketing Supply Chain and Finance to drive commercial performance
Analyze market trends sales performance and promotion ROI to optimize business results
Lead and develop the Trade Marketing team
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related fields MBA is a plus
Minimum 15 years of experience in Trade Marketing Sales or Commercial roles
At least 10 years of leadership experience
Proven experience in Home Appliances Manufacturing or FMCG companies is mandatory
Strong knowledge of Trade Marketing Category Management Channel Management Commercial Planning and Trade Promotions
Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills
