ino is a social commerce venture within Digikala Group aiming to shape the future of online shopping
We re looking for a creative hands on and self driven Senior Content Creative Marketing Specialist to shape how we communicate with our users merchants and partners
In this role you ll own creative projects from concept to execution combining content creation copywriting visual design and short form video production You ll bring fresh ideas take initiative and turn business needs into clear engaging communication across our product social media and marketing channels
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation
Own and manage ino s social media content calendar with a primary focus on Instagram
Develop creative concepts and produce engaging posts Stories carousels and Reels
Write compelling captions and scripts for short form videos
Manage content scheduling and publishing track performance and use insights to improve future content
Brand Voice Communication
Develop and maintain ino s tone of voice ensuring consistency across communication channels and customer touchpoints
Write and refine messaging for advertising campaigns product promotions merchant communications and in app experiences
Adapt messaging for different audiences and contexts while keeping it clear engaging and aligned with ino s brand identity
Collaborate with Product Design and Business teams to improve how ino communicates with its audiences
Creative Design Marketing Materials
Design visual assets for marketing campaigns digital channels and product communications
Create merchant facing materials including brochures catalogs one pagers and sales presentations
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all creative outputs
What We re Looking For
4 years of relevant experience in content marketing creative content or digital marketing
Excellent Persian copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
Strong creative thinking and a good eye for visual design
Hands on experience with Instagram content creation publishing and performance analysis
Ability to create and edit short form video content
A good understanding of branding tone of voice user communication and digital marketing
Strong ownership and attention to detail with the ability to manage projects independently
A portfolio showcasing your content copywriting and visual design work
Nice to Have
Experience in e commerce or social commerce
Experience creating content for both B2B and B2C audiences
Experience developing brand voice or communication guidelines
Familiarity with AI powered creative tools SEO and content optimization
