About the Role
We re looking for a motivated communicative and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Development Client Relations Specialist
This is a hands on role that combines business development LinkedIn outreach client relationship management and social media execution
You ll be involved in different stages of our business from reaching out to potential clients and booking meetings to building long term relationships with clients and freelancers
We re not looking for someone with years of experience We value curiosity strong communication skills a willingness to learn and someone who s comfortable taking on different responsibilities in a growing business
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Outreach Lead Generation
Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts using existing outreach and automation tools
Set up run and monitor LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Research identify and segment potential clients based on target audiences
Manage conversations respond to interested prospects and turn positive replies into booked meetings
Track outreach performance and continuously improve campaign results
Client Acquisition Relationship Management
Attend online meetings with potential clients introduce our services and answer their questions
Follow up with prospects and guide them through the onboarding process
Build and maintain long term relationships with existing clients
Act as a point of contact for clients supporting their needs and maintaining regular communication
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen relationships
Freelancer Communication
Attend online meetings with freelancers interested in our services
Explain how our platform and services work and answer their questions
Help freelancers understand the process and guide them through their next steps
Social Media Execution
Manage the day to day execution of social media activities for both the freelancer and client sides of the business
Execute existing content plans and publishing schedules
Coordinate content preparation scheduling and posting
Monitor engagement and support ongoing social media activities
Help keep social media channels active consistent and aligned with our communication goals
What We re Looking For
Strong English speaking and communication skills essential as you ll be attending meetings and communicating with international clients
Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and professional outreach
Confidence in communicating with new people and participating in online meetings
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
A proactive responsible and detail oriented approach to work
Willingness to learn new tools processes and business development techniques
Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment
Flexibility to work across different areas of the business
Nice to Have Not Required
6 months to 2 years of experience in business development sales outreach or client relations
Experience using LinkedIn automation or outreach tools
Previous experience attending client meetings or handling sales conversations
Familiarity with social media management and content scheduling tools
Experience working with freelancers agencies or service based businesses
