We are looking for a Growth Lead who can own the growth end to end acquisition activation retention and revenue and turn it into a measurable repeatable system This is a hands on player coach role not a strategy only one
Core responsibilities
Own the growth roadmap and quarterly plan tied to revenue and retention targets
Design and run campaigns across paid and organic channels and keep testing new channels
Own the full funnel and fix the biggest leaks with CRO and product led growth tactics
Build and run a disciplined experimentation process A B tests hypothesis backlog documented learnings
Own lifecycle CRM and retention programs segmentation push in app journeys win back referral
Own the growth dashboard and report weekly on CAC ROI LTV CAC retention and payback
Manage the budget
Requirements
5 years in growth performance marketing or digital marketing with at least 1 2 years owning results at a manager lead level
Quantifiable track record CAC reduced conversion or revenue grown Ask for real numbers in the application
Strong grasp of funnel analysis and unit economics CAC LTV retention
Hands on paid media experience at meaningful scale
Analytics toolkit GA4 Google Tag Manager Looker Studio or Metabase advanced Excel Google Sheets SQL is a plus
Practical A B testing and hypothesis driven experimentation experience
Working knowledge of SEO CRO and landing page optimization
CRM and marketing automation experience WebEngage eCRM or similar
Product sense onboarding activation and UX basics
Mindset ownership autonomy comfort with fast failure and ambiguity
Nice to have
Experience in e commerce marketplaces or fintech
Familiarity with AI tools for research content and lead generation
