Key Activities
Plan design optimize and implement IP MPLS transport solutions for the mobile transport network IPBH IPBB in line with approved standards and delivery targets
Design and deploy SR SR MPLS IPv6 and QoS policies including QoS marking optimization to improve performance resiliency and capacity
Support the L2 to L3 migration and the migration of services between network layers validate changes and cutovers before and after implementation to minimize outages
Audit service paths traffic distribution and link utilization to find sub optimal path selection unbalanced utilization route reflector behavior issues routing label table scale risks and deviations from defined bandwidth ranges then propose corrections
Use Huawei NCE SR PCE or SDN controllers for path computation traffic engineering and optimization
Define measure and report KPIs path delay packet loss jitter availability using Huawei iFIT and TWAMP prepare service assurance KPIs for new services
Configure and run Huawei NQA the equivalent of IP SLA and NetStream NetFlow type monitoring on Huawei routers and analyze network traffic for capacity planning
Develop automation for configuration audit and data collection using Python Netmiko and Paramiko
Prepare solutions and standard engineering documents requirements reference design integration test plans and regular reports and standardize designs to reduce recurring issues
Hold technical discussions and negotiations with the customer and the customer s vendors agree on solutions and KPIs and verify vendor deliverables against agreed SLAs
