Create compelling stories Control the visuals Deliver finished work
Khatib Group is looking for a hands on Senior AI Video Content Specialist with strong visual judgment advanced generative AI skills and the ability to independently produce polished commercial content
We are interested in complete production capability from interpreting a brief and developing a concept to generating visuals editing sound and final delivery Knowing how to generate attractive individual images or short clips is not enough
This is a senior creative production position not a team management role
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop creative concepts scripts storyboards and shot plans for advertising brand campaigns and social content
Produce high quality AI generated images and videos with a clear visual direction
Combine generative tools with editing compositing photography live action footage or 3D assets when appropriate
Maintain brand identity and product accuracy throughout the production process
Refine outputs handle revisions and deliver complete assets ready for their intended platform
Build repeatable workflows that improve creative quality consistency and turnaround time
ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES
Advanced Generative AI Production
Strong practical experience with platforms such as Runway Kling Google Flow Midjourney Stable Diffusion ComfyUI or equivalent tools
Experience with text to video image to video reference based generation and controlled visual iteration
Ability to select and combine models based on the shot style motion and production requirements
Advanced prompt writing skills covering composition lighting camera behavior subject movement atmosphere and visual style
Ability to diagnose poor generations and improve them systematically rather than relying on uncontrolled trial and error
Consistency and Visual Control
Ability to preserve character identity product appearance wardrobe location lighting and style across multiple shots
Strong understanding of composition cinematography color perspective and continuity
Careful handling of product geometry materials proportions logos and commercially important details
Ability to identify and correct artifacts unnatural motion inconsistent objects and visual discontinuities
Understanding of reference preparation and reusable assets for more predictable output
Storytelling and Commercial Judgment
Ability to turn a business objective into a clear engaging visual concept
Strong command of hooks pacing narrative structure shot selection and audience attention
Experience creating advertising product focused videos branded storytelling or social campaigns
Ability to adapt a concept to different durations aspect ratios audiences and distribution platforms
Creative judgment to recognize when an impressive generation does not serve the story or brand
Editing and Finishing
Practical proficiency with Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Photoshop or equivalent software
Strong editing compositing motion graphics color correction and visual finishing skills
Ability to integrate voiceover dialogue music sound effects subtitles and clean audio
Familiarity with AI assisted voice generation dubbing lip sync or audio tools is an advantage
Ability to deliver technically correct exports and organized editable project files
Professional Execution
Independent ownership of production quality deadlines feedback and revisions
Organized management of references source assets versions and deliverables
Awareness of generation costs production constraints licensed assets commercial usage rights and consent
Ability to explain your creative process and distinguish your own contribution from collaborative work
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Three finished video projects including at least one commercial or brand focused example
Your exact contribution to each project
The AI models tools and production workflow used
A short explanation of how you achieved consistency and handled post production
Automotive and product advertising experience is a plus Be prepared to walk through a project from brief to final output
We value distinctive ideas controlled execution and polished results not simply familiarity with many AI tools
