Responsibilities
Collecting analyzing and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement
Developing and maintaining key performance indicators KPIs to monitor the company s performance and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies
Generating reports and dashboards to present findings and insights to stakeholders providing actionable recommendations based on data driven analysis
Identifying new market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion or diversification
Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities benchmarking Snappfood s performance against industry standards
Providing strategic recommendations based on market insights to support product development marketing campaigns and business growth strategies
Supporting the development of short term and long term business strategies in alignment with Snappfood s goals and objectives
Collaborating with senior management to identify strategic priorities and initiatives contributing to the company s overall growth and profitability
Requirements
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques
Proficiency in SQL Excel and statistical analysis software e g R Python is highly desirable
Knowledge of e commerce trends market dynamics and customer behavior
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
