SEPEX is looking for an experienced International Transportation Postal Development Manager to develop and expand its international transportation and postal services The role focuses on business development international route expansion partnership management cost optimization service quality and profitability The manager will work with airlines courier companies postal operators freight forwarders and overseas agents to establish partnerships and launch new international services Key responsibilities include Developing new markets customers routes and business opportunities Negotiating and managing international partnerships and contracts Optimizing transportation costs routes transit times and pricing Managing service quality delays damages and customer complaints Developing corporate and e commerce customers Monitoring competitors market trends and international partners Ensuring customs and international transportation compliance Preparing budgets forecasts reports and management presentations Leading and developing the international business team Key requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience strong knowledge of air operations customs and international logistics proven negotiation and team management skills strong English communication abilities analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Performance will mainly be measured by revenue and profitability growth new customers and contracts route and partner expansion delivery performance cost reduction customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance تهران تهران فردوسی تمام وقت Company active in Transportation Logistics industry معاون مدیر ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد حمل و نقل ترابری
