About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to execute lead and optimize our social media activities In this role you are responsible for achieving brand and business goals through effective campaign management performance analysis data driven insights and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all plans
Responsibilities
Design monitor and improve social media KPIs and performance dashboards
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports and identify performance opportunities and risks
Manage and execute social media campaigns end to end from receiving the brief to delivering the final report
Work closely with Content Design Media CRM and Product teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
Continuously follow up on projects and coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time
Analyze content and campaign performance on a daily basis and provide data driven improvement recommendations
Improve key business and social media metrics through continuous testing experimentation and optimization
Act as a subject matter expert on social media trends platform changes and audience behavior
Take full ownership of tasks and independently drive them to completion without requiring constant follow up from the manager
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in social media management within fast paced environments with a proven track record of executing large scale campaigns
Strong knowledge of planning executing and optimizing social media activities and campaigns
Strong problem solving analytical thinking and decision making abilities
Ability to analyze data interpret reports and extract actionable insights for decision making
Experience in campaign management and effective cross functional collaboration
High level of accountability ownership and commitment to results and outputs
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and coordinate with different stakeholders
Experience in preparing performance reports and working with dashboards and key performance indicators KPIs
Full familiarity with major social media platforms including Instagram Meta X LinkedIn and emerging trends in the field
Strong execution mindset continuous follow up and the ability to independently drive tasks from problem definition to final delivery without requiring constant follow up from the manager
Having experience in fintech or relative industries is a plus
