The role You will own marketing for AHA The goal is simple generate a steady flow of qualified inbound leads from our target industries in Australia New Zealand the United States and Europe and support the sales team with the content and campaigns they need to close You will run the whole marketing function with a modest budget so you need to be hands on commercially minded and able to get results through AI tools and automation rather than headcount This role can be full time or part time depending on the candidate The scope of the role will be adjusted to match the hours agreed What you will do Build and run the marketing plan for AHA focused on lead generation within our target industries and ideal customer profile Produce content for the website LinkedIn email and events including articles case studies landing pages webinars and short video using AI to draft edit and repurpose at speed Manage marketing automation and nurture journeys in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and ActiveCampaign including segmentation scoring and handover of qualified leads to sales Run and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads LinkedIn and Meta including retargeting within an agreed monthly budget Manage the AHA website on WordPress including publishing SEO and conversion improvements Improve AHA s visibility in AI search and large language model answers generative engine optimisation alongside traditional SEO Plan and deliver events such as executive dinners sponsored events and webinars Report on marketing performance in Power BI including pipeline sourced cost per lead and campaign return Coordinate with the sales team and the wider Agile Insights marketing team on shared campaigns and brand consistency What we are looking for Three or more years in B2B marketing for software SaaS or technology solutions Experience marketing technology solutions to buyers in the US and European markets and an understanding of how those buyers research and purchase Demonstrated results generating leads for a sales team not just brand activity Strong writing and editing skills in English Hands on with marketing automation CRM paid media and web content You do the work yourself rather than brief an agency Comfortable owning a small budget and reporting on return Experience marketing to HR people and culture or executive audiences is an advantage AI and tools AHA runs marketing with AI first You must have current practical experience using AI in a marketing role and be able to show what it has produced You will be expected to use the following from day one Claude or similar large language model assistants for content creation campaign planning research copy variants and reporting AI features within Google Ads LinkedIn and Meta for campaign optimisation and creative testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights marketing for inbound nurturing segmentation and lead scoring ActiveCampaign for outbound email automation and workflows WordPress for website management and publishing Power BI for marketing reporting and dashboards Microsoft 365 including Teams and Copilot AI tools for design video and audio content such as Canva AI or similar How you will be measured Qualified inbound leads delivered to sales each month Pipeline and revenue sourced or influenced by marketing Cost per qualified lead and campaign return on spend Website traffic conversion rate and search visibility Email engagement and nurture conversion rates Employment terms Employment type Full time or part time offshore contractor or employee depending on location Hours Flexible Core overlap with Australian business hours for team and campaign coordination Remuneration USD salary commensurate with experience and hours agreed paid in USD Location Remote offshore Reports to CEO Agile HR Analytics How to apply Send your CV and a short four slide presentation saved as a PDF We use the slides to see how you think and communicate so keep them clear and specific One slide each on Your skills and experience the hard skills and soft skills you bring with evidence Why you want to work with us How you would add value to AHA in the first 12 months What you expect to get out of this role On your skills and experience slide include two or three examples of marketing work you have produced using AI tools with a line on the result each one achieved Applications without the slide deck will not be considered تهران تهران اقدسیه تمام وقت یا پاره وقت Agile HR Analytics مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
