We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our company as a Business Data Analyst
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data generating actionable insights and supporting data driven decision making across the organization to enhance business performance and contribute to sustainable growth
Key Responsibilities
Collect analyze and interpret business data to identify opportunities emerging trends and potential risks
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports dashboards and analytical models to support strategic and operational decision making
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators KPIs to assess business performance and the effectiveness of key initiatives
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data driven recommendations
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Business Intelligence BI tools reporting systems and analytical processes
Present analytical findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear structured and professional manner
Qualifications Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Engineering Economics Statistics Data Science or a related discipline
Relevant professional experience in business analytics data analysis or related fields
Strong analytical quantitative and problem solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is considered an advantage
Excellent command of English both written and spoken
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional and dynamic business environment
