The Digital Gold team at Digikala builds products that help customers preserve manage move and use value Our scope spans customer experiences and the financial technical operational regulatory and partner capabilities behind them
We seek a Product Manager who turns ambiguity into product strategy and measurable impact The domain will reflect team priorities and the candidate s strengths with end to end ownership of an area
What You ll Own
Understand customers financial behaviors unmet needs and trust barriers
Frame opportunities using quantitative data qualitative research market context business economics operational evidence and regulatory constraints
Set product strategy for a domain and translate it into bets sequencing measurable objectives and roadmaps
Define and document the problem baseline outcome metrics guardrails dependencies acceptance criteria and rollout before investment
Define tracking testing rollout observability and operational readiness standards before launch
Make trade offs across customer value business impact viability risk complexity speed and scalability
Understand the system including journeys APIs data models financial flows operations and partner dependencies
Independently lead a product domain through discovery solution design delivery rollout adoption measurement and continuous improvement
Align Engineering Design Data Finance Legal Operations Risk Security senior stakeholders and partners navigate disagreement and influence decisions without formal authority
Remain accountable after launch for adoption reliability financial and operational outcomes risk indicators and unintended consequences
Our products and supporting systems operate continuously Participate in incident response and escalation processes for critical customer financial security or operational issues and follow through on root causes corrective actions and prevention
The Capabilities We re Looking For
Strong product judgment strategic thinking and independent decision making in ambiguous environments
Quantitative ability using SQL BI tools dashboards experiments financial analysis or operational data
Systems thinking and technical fluency to understand APIs architecture events integrations data structures code and build prototypes
Excellent prioritization communication and stakeholder leadership
Raise the quality bar for personal and team work by challenging weak approaches improving decisions sharing practices and helping peers deliver stronger outcomes without unnecessary complexity
Experience
4 years of product management experience including end to end ownership of cross functional products Candidates with fewer years but comparable scope autonomy and demonstrated impact will also be considered
A bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred
Experience with investment products wealth management asset management brokerage capital markets payments credit digital assets regulated products financial operations marketplaces or operationally intensive platforms is a strong advantage
