Alibaba Travels is seeking an International Tour Hotel Support Trainee to support the operations team in booking confirming and servicing international hotel and tour reservations This is a learning focused traineeship and a great entry point into the travel industry Working closely with the Operations Support and Commercial teams the trainee will handle customer requests coordinate with suppliers and hotels and ensure accurate timely confirmations within a fast growing online travel environment Responsibilities Support the booking confirmation and issuing of international hotel and tour reservations Respond to customer requests and questions regarding hotels tours and reservations in a timely manner Coordinate with suppliers hotels and international partners to confirm availability changes and cancellations Follow up on reservation modifications cancellations and refunds until final resolution Prepare and send booking confirmations and hotel vouchers ensuring all details are accurate Accurately record and document reservations and actions in internal systems Monitor reservation status availability and pending requests Support service quality control and review customer feedback Collaborate with the Operations Support and Commercial teams following company policies and SLAs Requirements Student or recent graduate in Tourism Management Business or a related field Interest in the travel and tourism industry and a customer service oriented attitude Good command of English particularly for reading hotel tour information and communicating with international suppliers Strong coordination follow up and organizational skills with attention to detail in recording information Good command of Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to prepare simple clear reports Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize effectively Sense of responsibility discipline and an eagerness to learn Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different units Flexibility with working hours occasional on call availability outside regular hours may be required Familiarity with hotel tour booking platforms or reservation systems is a plus تهران تهران کوی بیمه تمام وقت شرکت سفرهای علی بابا کارآموز جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
