About the Role
We re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning coordination and delivery of our logistics and warehouse software projects You will work closely with developers QA engineers designers and stakeholders to define priorities manage timelines resolve blockers and ensure successful project delivery
We re looking for someone who takes ownership communicates effectively manages risks proactively and uses AI tools to improve team productivity and project delivery
This is a remote full time role 174 hours month working closely with our teams in Canada and Iran
Key Responsibilities
Lead software projects from planning to release ensuring delivery on time and within scope
Define project plans milestones priorities and deliverables with stakeholders
Coordinate frontend backend QA and DevOps teams and manage dependencies
Manage tasks backlogs sprints and progress tracking using Jira
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand ups reviews and retrospectives
Ensure requirements are clear documented and understood before implementation
Monitor progress identify risks and blockers and take action to keep projects on track
Communicate project status decisions and risks to stakeholders
Coordinate testing releases and deployments
Use AI tools to improve planning documentation reporting and workflow efficiency
Requirements
6 years of experience in project management within software development or the technology industry
Proven experience managing cross functional teams and complex software projects
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle SDLC
Hands on experience with Jira and practical knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
Strong planning prioritization risk management and problem solving skills
Ability to understand technical discussions and manage dependencies across development and QA teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working with remote teams across different time zones
Proactive accountable and results oriented mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with SaaS products and complex web applications
Familiarity with APIs databases and frontend backend development workflows
Practical experience using AI tools for project management requirement analysis documentation and reporting
Experience with delivery metrics Jira reporting Confluence and Slack
