About the Role We are looking for an Associate Product Manager APM to join the Product team at Vibe This role is responsible for supporting the product lifecycle across feature definition user research agile execution and product optimization for our LendTech platform Key Responsibilities Strategy Roadmap Support Assist in defining executing and communicating the product vision and roadmap aligned with corporate goals and customer needs Market User Research Conduct competitive analysis and gather user insights feedback to identify industry trends customer pain points and growth opportunities Feature Development Agile Delivery Collaborate with engineering UX UI and marketing teams in an Agile Scrum environment to write clear specs user stories and manage product iterations from concept to release Data Driven Optimization Analyze product performance metrics using web product analytics tools to optimize user journeys feature adoption and business outcomes Go To Market GTM Product Launches Support end to end launch processes including cross team alignment internal training user onboarding and post launch evaluation Stakeholder Communication Maintain clear communication with internal cross functional teams and external stakeholders regarding status priorities and updates Qualifications Requirements Experience 2 years of experience in product management product analysis or related digital SaaS roles Fintech experience is a strong plus Hands on experience working within Agile Scrum frameworks Education Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field Technical Functional Skills Product Project Management Proficiency with tools like Jira Confluence Trello or Asana Data Analytics Experience with product web analytics platforms e g Google Analytics Mixpanel and data visualization tools e g Power BI Tableau UX UI Technical Literacy Solid understanding of UX UI principles user journey mapping and basic technical concepts HTML CSS JS APIs Digital Growth Preferred Familiarity with digital marketing concepts SEO PPC customer segmentation or AI ML driven features Key Competencies Soft Skills Analytical Problem Solving Ability to interpret data identify patterns and translate business challenges into functional requirements Communication Collaboration Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical teams and non technical stakeholders Adaptability Resilience Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities Detail Oriented Organized Exceptional skill in managing delivery details specs and parallel workflows About Vibe Vibe is pioneering next generation LendTech solutions by combining intelligent credit assessment with a seamless installment based shopping experience for both customers and merchants By leveraging advanced technology and data analytics we build scalable platforms that make access to credit faster simpler and more efficient At Vibe we believe that continuous learning cross functional collaboration and team growth are the core drivers of innovation and long term success تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت وایب کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
