1 Mechanical Maintenance Equipment Reliability Perform planned preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance to ensure maximum equipment availability reliability and performance Inspect operate and test machinery and equipment to identify faults diagnose mechanical malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions Carry out maintenance activities on mechanical systems including drives motors belts shafts bearings gears pumps and other mechanical components Perform cleaning lubrication alignment adjustment replacement and repair of mechanical components in accordance with maintenance standards Apply Condition Based Monitoring CBM techniques to identify potential equipment failures and support proactive maintenance 2 Technical Troubleshooting Engineering Support Diagnose mechanical problems using technical drawings blueprints schematics maintenance manuals and equipment documentation Apply strong knowledge of mechanisms motion and mechanical systems to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performance Provide effective technical support for equipment modifications repairs and improvement initiatives Support the design or development of simple equipment modifications tools or solutions to improve maintainability safety and operational efficiency Utilize appropriate hand tools lifting equipment precision measuring instruments and other maintenance equipment safely and effectively 3 Utilities Supporting Equipment Perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting activities on relevant utility systems and equipment including boilers air compressors chillers and associated mechanical systems Ensure utility equipment is maintained in accordance with maintenance standards and operational requirements 4 TPM Continuous Improvement Cost Apply TPM principles and maintenance best practices to improve equipment reliability reduce breakdowns and eliminate recurring failures Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety quality sustainability equipment performance and maintenance cost Ensure maintenance and repair activities are performed with appropriate consideration of cost resource utilization and equipment lifecycle Record maintenance activities failures repairs and associated costs accurately to support maintenance analysis and decision making 5 Spare Parts Maintenance Resources Identify required spare parts tools materials and equipment based on maintenance and repair requirements Raise requests and coordinate the sourcing of required parts and maintenance materials through approved catalogues suppliers and procurement processes Ensure appropriate availability and use of critical mechanical spare parts 6 Safety Teamwork Capability Development Perform all maintenance activities in compliance with Safety Health Environment SHE standards procedures and safe working practices Work effectively with Production Engineering and other technical teams to resolve equipment issues and achieve operational targets Support and coach Machine Operators and Technical Operators in developing their mechanical awareness basic troubleshooting skills and equipment care practices Demonstrate flexibility effective prioritization and the ability to manage multiple maintenance activities in a fast paced production environment Job Requirements Associate or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related mechanical discipline Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in mechanical repair and maintenance preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software ICDL certification is preferred required as applicable Basic to intermediate proficiency in CAD and or SolidWorks for reading interpreting and creating mechanical drawings and technical designs Ability to effectively use email digital maintenance systems and other relevant software for technical communication and documentation Basic working knowledge of English with the ability to read and understand machine manuals equipment catalogues technical specifications and maintenance documentation قزوین شهر صنعتی البرز تمام وقت یونیلیور ایران کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد کالاهای مصرفی و تند گردش
