Mission
Execute and improve a driver loyalty program that makes active drivers feel recognized motivated and supported strengthening long term engagement service quality and retention across Snapp s driver community
Job Description
Execute day to day operations of the Driver Loyalty Program ensuring smooth implementation of loyalty initiatives rewards and benefits
Handle operational tasks related to driver segmentation tier management eligibility reward allocation and benefit delivery
Coordinate the execution of loyalty campaigns and engagement initiatives with internal teams and external partners
Increase eligible driver participation repeat engagement and retention particularly among high value driver segments
Support the development of meaningful transparent rewards and benefits aligned with drivers needs and business priorities
Use driver behavior feedback and program data to segment audiences and personalize engagement journeys
Identify and resolve operational issues related to eligibility tier status reward redemption and benefit accessibility
Collaborate with Operations Product CRM Data Marketing and Support teams to ensure effective program execution
Analyze performance identify improvement opportunities and support experiments to enhance engagement and operational efficiency
