Responsibilities
Analyze business performance through data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for product development and business growth
Design develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor key business metrics and KPIs
Conduct deep dive analyses and data modeling to uncover trends patterns and opportunities for optimization and expansion
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams Product Marketing Sales and Finance to provide data driven input into decision making
Translate complex data into clear visualizations and presentations tailored for both technical and non technical stakeholders
Conduct market research competitor benchmarking and A B testing analysis to support business strategies and identify growth opportunities
Develop and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity in reporting processes
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis business data analysis or a related field
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Industrial Engineering Data Science or a related field
Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel Google Sheets experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Solid understanding of key business metrics and KPI frameworks
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
Familiarity with the E commerce ecosystem is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
Self starter with a fast learning attitude and a passion for turning data into impact
