Role Overview
This role is responsible for designing executing and optimizing performance driven marketing strategies across both international service platforms and global e commerce operations The position requires a strong balance between strategic planning and hands on execution with clear and measurable business impact

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end to end digital marketing strategies
Build and optimize lead generation funnels for international service platforms
Plan launch and manage performance marketing campaigns
Monitor and improve conversion rates across marketing funnels
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
Manage customer acquisition across web platforms apps and e commerce channels
Collaborate with sales teams and consultants to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Manage marketing budgets and optimize CAC LTV and ROI metrics
Conduct A B testing to improve campaign and landing page performance
Track campaign attribution and customer journey performance
Technical Skills Requirements
Hands on experience with Google Ads campaign creation optimization and performance reporting
Strong ability to analyze marketing data using Google Analytics
Practical experience managing Yektanet and Tapsell native advertising campaigns
Experience designing and optimizing lead generation funnels and conversion strategies
Ability to monitor and optimize conversion tracking and attribution models
Experience using Trello for marketing workflow and task management
Ability to design marketing creatives and campaign visuals using Canva
Experience conducting A B testing and campaign performance optimization
Ability to analyze and optimize marketing budgets and ROI performance
Required Experience
Proven 3 years experience in Senior Digital Marketing or Marketing Lead roles
Strong background in performance marketing and growth strategy
Experience scaling digital businesses and or e commerce platforms
Ability to work cross functionally with product sales and technical teams
Strong analytical thinking and data driven decision making
Experience in immigration relocation or international education industries is a strong advantage
Experience in international e commerce or cross border retail is highly preferred
Experience working across both industries is a major plus
