Position Overview
We are expanding our global team and seeking a high performing professional in Iran to take full ownership of managing and optimizing the operations of our furnished rental portfolio The role focuses on mid term rentals with stays of more than one month and less than one year
The position is operational tech driven and client facing A core priority is using AI and property management technology to automate response workflows connect multiple rental platforms beyond Airbnb and streamline guest and leasing communications
This is a high ownership role You will identify where the greatest opportunities lie set priorities propose plans and the resources required and drive execution end to end
Key Responsibilities
Expand the portfolio beyond Airbnb to other relevant channels and support the growth of direct bookings leasing
Audit all listings titles descriptions amenities photography and video identifying each property s distinctive strengths and turning them into clear positioning
Keep content availability and rates accurate and consistent across all channels
Analyze the local market and competing properties to set pricing minimum stays and seasonal and event based strategies
Act as the main point of contact for prospective guests tenants providing prompt warm and professional answers about units amenities lease terms and utilities and guiding them through the full booking leasing process
Serve as the ongoing point of contact for current guests tenants escalating maintenance and service issues and responding to feedback and reviews while turning recurring insights into concrete improvements
Use AI and automation tools to streamline guest inquiries and routine tasks and keep content availability and rates accurate and consistent across all channels
Propose clear plans priorities and budgets to team and report progress and results regularly
Requirements
3 years of hands on experience in short term rentals hospitality or property management gained at Iranian accommodation or booking platforms e g Jabama Jajiga Otaghak Shab Snapptrip or real estate and leasing businesses
Solid understanding of international short term rental platforms and OTAs e g Airbnb Booking com including listing optimization search visibility and the role of reviews as well as experience with Property Management Systems PMS
Hands on familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms to optimize response
times and workflow efficiency
Fluent American English both written and spoken
Self driven accountable and detail oriented You take initiative and follow through
Strong customer service attitude with high problem solving skills
Available to work during California business hours
Prior experience or background in Revenue Management Dynamic Pricing Strategy is a plus Knowledge of local market trends property pricing and rate optimization to align property listings strategically within the market
