As an FO Engineer at Sotoon you play an important role in ensuring the reliability and smooth operation of our services and infrastructure You will monitor service and equipment events respond to customer operational issues and work closely with technical teams to ensure incidents are properly escalated followed up and resolved
By maintaining clear communication across teams and following operational processes you will help minimize service disruptions and contribute to delivering a reliable experience across Sotoon s products
Responsibilities
Monitor services systems and infrastructure to proactively identify incidents alerts and potential operational issues
Communicate with customers regarding requests and issues and follow the resolution process to ensure issue resolution
Respond to incidents and follow established operational processes including incident management escalation and ticketing
Analyze initial issues identify possible causes and escalate incidents to the relevant technical teams when required
Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to follow incidents through to resolution
Track incidents and operational events maintain accurate records and prepare relevant reports
Support the continuous improvement of monitoring incident handling and operational processes
Contribute to maintaining the availability reliability and overall performance of Sotoon s products and services
Requirements
Availability Ability to work in day and night rotational shifts
Education Experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
Networking Good understanding of Network concepts TCP IP and common network protocols
Linux Good working knowledge of Linux systems familiarity with LPIC concepts or certifications is an advantage
Troubleshooting Familiarity with systematic troubleshooting techniques and the ability to investigate and respond to technical incidents
Cloud Infrastructure Familiarity with cloud computing concepts data centers servers and infrastructure environments
Communication Teamwork Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different technical teams particularly during incidents and escalations
