Job Description
Record and process financial transactions including purchases sales procurement and import related entries
Perform account reconciliations and monitor account balances
Support cost accounting activities including order costing manufacturing costs inventory and expense analysis
Prepare and analyze monthly inventory and financial reports
Support month end and year end closing activities
Assist with VAT tax and Social Security reporting and audits
Manage cash flow and petty cash activities as required
Support annual stock counting and inventory control
Ensure proper documentation and follow up of financial and commercial transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Familiarity with taxation and Social Security regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Familiarity with Rahkaran System is an advantage
Familiarity with import processes and INCOTERMS is a plus
English proficiency is an advantage
Relevant experience in accounting internship or academic experience will also be considered for junior candidates
