We are looking for a strategic proactive and results driven Marketing Strategy Growth Manager who can identify business growth opportunities develop effective marketing strategies and lead their execution from start to finish
The ideal candidate is someone who doesn t just come up with ideas but takes ownership of turning them into actionable plans coordinating teams and delivering measurable results
Key Responsibilities
1 Market Research Opportunity Identification
Research market trends competitors client needs and emerging business opportunities
Identify new ways to improve inbound outbound digital and other marketing activities
Explore unmet market needs and propose new services or business opportunities
Continuously recommend innovative strategies to attract customers and increase revenue
2 Strategic Planning
Develop clear practical marketing and business growth plans based on research and analysis
Define objectives priorities timelines budgets and measurable KPIs
Translate opportunities and ideas into structured action plans
3 Execution Implementation
Take ownership of executing approved strategies and initiatives
Turn plans into action while ensuring timely and effective implementation
Proactively identify challenges and find solutions to keep projects moving forward
4 Team Management Coordination
Lead manage and coordinate team members involved in implementing marketing and growth initiatives
Assign responsibilities establish deadlines and ensure accountability
Collaborate with different departments and external partners when needed
Keep everyone aligned with business objectives and project priorities
5 Performance Monitoring Optimization
Monitor campaign performance project progress and overall business results
Track KPIs analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies
Prepare regular progress and performance reports
Identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize strategies to achieve better results
Requirements
Proficient in Egnlish
Proven experience in marketing strategy business growth project management or related roles
Strong research analytical and problem solving skills
Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across different channels
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams effectively
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Data driven mindset with a focus on measurable results
Self motivated proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept to completion
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities beyond traditional marketing
