Role Overview In this position at Hyperstar you will be at the heart of one of the most dynamic areas of modern commerce the intersection of Retail and Fintech Your mission is to identify growth opportunities expand partnerships with BNPL credit service providers and seamlessly integrate these solutions into Hyperstar s customer journey You are not just a negotiator you act as a strategic bridge Externally You will be the face of Hyperstar in discovering evaluating negotiating and developing sustainable partnerships with credit service providers and merchants Internally As a cross functional coordinator you will collaborate with Tech Finance Marketing Legal and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution smooth settlements and successful campaign launches Analytically By continuously monitoring credit sales data and user behavior you will contribute to data driven decision making and the ongoing optimization of our collaboration models Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire strategic partners to expand Hyperstar s credit payment ecosystem Negotiate and manage contracts and follow up on all administrative and legal processes with merchants and business partners Cross Functional Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams Tech Finance Marketing and Operations to ensure projects are executed accurately and operational bottlenecks are resolved Analyze financial and customer behavioral data to optimize credit models and increase adoption rates Monitor market performance and prepare management reports regarding sales trends and user behavior Requirements Education Minimum Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Finance MBA or related fields Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development B2B Sales or Product Management within the Fintech or Retail industries Professional Knowledge Strong understanding of financial concepts credit scoring principles and BNPL business models Skills Technical Software Skills Functional practical command of Excel for data management and reporting Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating professional presentations and management reports Familiarity with Power BI considered a competitive advantage Communication Coordination Exceptional ability to follow up and manage multiple concurrent projects across different departments cross functional coordination Negotiation Skills Strong persuasion skills to manage business partnerships and conduct effective meetings Strategic Thinking Ability to understand the market identify growth opportunities and solve complex business problems تهران تهران شریعتی تمام وقت هایپرمارکتهای ماف پارس هایپراستار کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد خرده فروشی مرکز خرید فروشگاه
