Key Responsibilities
Automation Solutions Implement automation solutions to streamline processes reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy
AI Model Development Design and develop AI models and algorithms to optimize delivery routes predict demand and enhance operational efficiency
Data Management Oversee the data flow and infrastructure necessary for effective AI deployment ensuring data integrity and accessibility
System Integration Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction
Performance Monitoring Continuously monitor and update AI systems to ensure they perform optimally and adapt to changing conditions
Collaboration Work closely with cross functional teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless implementation
Innovation and Improvement Stay current with AI and automation trends suggesting improvements to existing systems and workflows
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in python development data science software engineering and data analytics
Proven experience in python development data pipelines
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics pipelines python Docker Redis SQL
Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis deep actionable insights modeling and advanced test plan design and analysis
Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must with fluency in both Farsi and English
Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges
Thrive in a fast paced environment with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 24 7 availability to address urgent issues is essential
