About This Role
We are looking for a Creative Director who can lead the creative direction of our content and campaigns from strategy and ideation to execution This role is for someone who understands gaming gamers gaming culture and the global games industry and can turn that understanding into strong content creative campaigns and advertising ideas If you don t genuinely understand games and the gaming industry please do not apply
Responsibilities
Develop and lead the creative direction of content across social media and other communication channels
Design content strategies content journeys and editorial directions based on business and marketing objectives
Generate creative ideas for campaigns activations launches and promotional initiatives
Develop creative concepts and ideas for advertising campaigns across digital and social platforms
Write edit and oversee the production of creative content and copy
Turn marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts and content narratives
Develop content pillars formats recurring concepts and creative series
Conduct professional content and creative benchmarking across leading gaming companies studios publishers media outlets and international brands
Stay continuously up to date with gaming media gaming trends new releases communities creators and industry conversations
Work closely with designers video creators copywriters marketers and other creative team members to ensure consistent execution
Requirements
Fluent English strong enough to research write communicate and work with international gaming content and sources
Strong knowledge of the global gaming industry especially the PC gaming market
An active follower of gaming media gaming news games studios publishers creators and gaming communities
You must be a gamer and have genuine knowledge of games and gaming culture
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working at a game development studio game publisher gaming company or gaming media organization
Experience developing campaigns or content for games
Familiarity with PC gaming communities platforms creators and international gaming media
Experience working with designers video teams social media teams and marketing teams
