We re looking for a Motion Visual Designer who can turn ideas products and campaigns into strong visual stories
Motion is the core of this role You ll work across video editing motion graphics animation AI generated video storyboarding product content social media and campaigns
You should also have a solid graphic design foundation and be comfortable supporting the visual team with static design when needed
We re looking for someone who can take a brief understand the communication goal propose an approach and independently take the work from concept to final delivery
What You ll Do
Create motion graphics animations product animations and feature focused content for social media products campaigns and brand communication including typography graphics illustrations interfaces and visual identity elements
Edit short form and campaign videos from raw footage and existing assets including pacing transitions sound typography and visual storytelling and adapt them for different platforms and formats
Translate briefs and concepts into storyboards and motion directions helping define the visual narrative and making creative decisions around pacing sequence hierarchy and storytelling
Use AI video and image generation tools as part of the creative workflow experiment with AI assisted production techniques and combine AI generated assets with traditional motion editing and compositing while refining outputs to professional visual standards
Create video motion and campaign assets for social media including reels teasers explainers and promotional pieces and adapt creative concepts into multiple sizes channels and formats
Support the visual team with static social media assets campaign key visuals layouts presentation visuals and supporting graphics when needed
Work confidently in Figma and within existing visual systems while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and established visual identities
Take ownership of assigned projects manage deadlines communicate blockers early incorporate feedback effectively and deliver production ready files without constant supervision
Collaborate with Creative Direction Visual Designers Content Team Product Teams Marketing and other stakeholders across Heli Technology
What You ll Bring
Strong understanding of motion graphics animation principles timing and pacing typography in motion transitions compositing visual rhythm movement and hierarchy
Strong video editing and storytelling skills including the ability to structure videos turn concepts into clear visual narratives edit for attention and communication and adapt storytelling across social campaign and product content
Strong visual design foundation in typography composition layout color visual hierarchy and brand consistency with the ability to produce strong static work even though motion is the primary specialization
Strong creative problem solving skills including understanding the purpose behind a brief exploring multiple solutions suggesting ideas proactively making independent visual decisions and explaining the reasoning behind your work
Strong ownership and collaboration skills including managing deadlines communicating blockers incorporating feedback and working effectively with cross functional teams
Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Figma Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Ability to choose and use the right tool effectively rather than simply checking every software box
Mid Level to Senior professional experience with strong professional work across several areas including motion graphics video editing animation social content brand motion campaign work product related video and AI assisted creative production
A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your role and contribution to each project is required
Preferred Skills
Experience with additional animation 3D compositing or AI generation tools
Interactive or web based animation including Lottie Rive or similar interactive motion workflows
