About TAPSI TAPSI started its journey in May 2016 with a team of 10 Iranian experts and today it has transformed into a leading super app in Iran We offer a wide range of services including intercity and intracity travel instant parcel delivery food ordering online shopping and more all in one platform With over 20 million users across 28 cities and a team of 1 000 passionate members TAPSI is constantly expanding and evolving Our team draws energy from the positive impact we make on people s daily lives We are committed to continuous innovation always seeking ways to improve and grow Join TAPSI and discover a place where you can push your limits innovate and thrive About the Role We are looking for a strategic and business oriented Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with our Tech Product leadership team In this role you will operate at the intersection of people technology and business helping leaders navigate organizational complexities elevate team performance and build scalable capabilities for sustainable growth You will be expected to thrive in fast paced product driven environments leveraging data and people analytics to uncover opportunities constructively challenge the status quo and drive measurable organizational impact Responsibilities Strong strategic partnering skills and the ability to translate product roadmaps and business strategies into actionable and scalable people strategies Strong organizational design and workforce planning capabilities with an understanding of agile and product squad models change management and role design Comprehensive talent management experience across leadership development succession planning performance enablement and tailored tech career paths including Individual Contributor and Engineering Product Management tracks Strong people analytics capabilities and the ability to leverage workforce metrics and employee insights to identify trends mitigate risks track initiative KPIs and support leadership decision making Strong understanding of culture engagement and retention drivers with the ability to design impactful strategies to attract engage and retain critical technical and product talent Strong cross functional collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively with Tech Product leadership and People Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition Total Rewards L D and People Operations Strong change management capabilities and the ability to guide teams through organizational transformations and ambiguity with ownership resilience and pragmatic problem solving Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or a related field 5 years of progressive HR experience with substantial experience as an HR Business Partner directly supporting Engineering Product or digital high growth tech organizations Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape agile environments and the specific lifecycle and retention dynamics of product and engineering teams Strong business acumen and the ability to connect business objectives to talent priorities and ROI Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to solve complex organizational challenges Exceptional stakeholder management communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to constructively challenge executive leaders High comfort level with ambiguity rapid iteration and navigating evolving business priorities تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت تپسی مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
