Shape intuitive and seamless digital experiences for millions of users by transforming complex journeys and transactions into simple accessible and user centered interactions You will combine behavioral insights UX research information architecture and interaction design to identify friction points solve complex user scenarios and create experiences that are both effortless for users and aligned with business and product goals
Responsibilities
Design and map end to end user journeys service blueprints user flows and interaction scenarios across the product lifecycle
Analyze complex user journeys and design solutions for edge cases system errors incomplete states and recovery flows
Develop and optimize information architecture for complex catalogs workflows and multi step transactions
Conduct usability testing user interviews contextual inquiries and other UX research activities to identify user needs and pain points
Translate research findings and behavioral data into actionable UX improvements and design decisions
Create wireframes prototypes and interactive designs from low to high fidelity using Figma
Collaborate closely with Product Managers Engineers Data Analysts and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation of UX solutions
Define and monitor behavioral UX metrics such as task completion drop off rates usability and customer effort
Advocate for user needs throughout product discovery design and roadmap planning
Continuously identify opportunities to simplify experiences reduce cognitive load and improve usability and accessibility
Requirements
5 years of professional experience in Product Design UX Design or Interaction Design preferably in large scale consumer digital products
Strong expertise in user journey mapping user flows task analysis wireframing and information architecture
Hands on experience in UX research and usability testing including test planning moderation analysis and reporting
Strong understanding of UX principles usability heuristics mental models Gestalt principles and progressive disclosure
Proven ability to identify and design for edge cases non linear user journeys system errors and recovery scenarios
Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience creating interactive prototypes from low to high fidelity
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a user centered mindset
Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with Product Engineering Data and other cross functional teams
Familiarity with UX metrics such as SUS CES task completion rate and drop off rate is a plus
Experience working on mobile applications PWA or other large scale consumer products is a plus
