About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to support Zarpin s marketing campaigns and growth initiatives You will work closely with different teams to plan execute and analyze marketing activities Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns across different channels Coordinate with Design Content Performance CRM and Product teams Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports Analyze key metrics such as CAC Conversion Rate and ROI Support acquisition activation and retention initiatives Research competitors market trends and new growth opportunities Coordinate with external partners influencers and media platforms Test and improve campaign ideas messages and mechanics Requirements 2 4 years of experience in Marketing Digital Marketing or Growth Good understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution Basic data analysis and strong Excel Google Sheets skills Good communication and project coordination skills Strong ownership problem solving and execution skills Ability to work independently and cross functionally Nice to Have Experience in Fintech E commerce Crypto or Investment Experience with CRM Performance Marketing or Influencer Marketing Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت بیت پین کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
