Reporting and Analysis
bull Preparation of monthly quarterly and yearly financial reports for the business analysis of the financial numbers in order to bring insights to the management Weekly reports subject to implementation of appropriate ERP and CTRM
bull Consolidate and analyze financial data budgets income statement forecasts etc taking into account company rsquo s goals and financial standing
bull Provide FP A finance support related to business performance planning reporting and metrics in a timely manner
bull Identify and understand business challenges as per management requests and provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
bull Develop financial models conduct benchmarking and process analysis
bull Conduct business studies on past future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
bull Identify trends advise company and recommend actions to Finance management based on sound analysis proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
Budgeting Forecasting
bull Preparation of annual budget and rolling over forecast for the business
bull Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
bull Analysis of the budget submitted by other business units be able to ask valid questions and justify the budget to the business
bull Assist in consolidation of the budget forecast for the group and presentation of the overall financial numbers to the management

bull Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
bull Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross functional teams at all levels of the organization
bull Assist in trading capital allocation Shareholder capital investments and working capital tracking
