Role Overview
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 2 5 years of dedicated professional DevOps experience to join our Infrastructure team This role requires someone who is comfortable working within established technical and operational frameworks takes ownership of responsibilities end to end and contributes to the long term stability and evolution of our platform
You will work closely with development and data teams ensuring that infrastructure tooling and processes remain reliable well documented and continuously improved We are looking for someone who values teamwork communicates effectively and enjoys collaborating across engineering teams to solve problems together
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Kubernetes based infrastructure in a cloud environment with a strong sense of ownership and continuity
Collaborate with development data and infrastructure teams within defined processes and technical standards
Design implement and maintain CI CD pipelines using GitLab ensuring consistency and reliability across projects
Maintain and improve observability and monitoring using tools such as Prometheus Grafana and Elasticsearch
Take responsibility for assigned systems and services throughout their lifecycle including troubleshooting and improvement
Participate in incident response and post incident analysis contributing to preventive actions
Communicate openly with teammates and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture
Required Experience
2 5 years of dedicated professional experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering
Required Technical Skills
Hands on experience with Kubernetes deployments basic cluster operations troubleshooting
Practical experience with GitLab CI CD and modern CI CD workflows
Experience with monitoring and logging systems Prometheus Grafana Elasticsearch or similar
Strong knowledge of Linux system administration
Understanding of containerization concepts Docker OCI
Ability to systematically debug infrastructure and application related issues
Additional Experience Preferred
Background in networking fundamentals TCP IP DNS load balancing
Familiarity with virtualization and cloud environments
Understanding of security best practices secrets management access control TLS
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
Exposure to data platforms or data intensive systems
