Job Description
We are looking for a creative data driven and result oriented Social Media Manager to grow the brand s social presence and turn social media into a meaningful driver of engagement traffic and sales
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the social media content calendar aligned with brand marketing and sales objectives
Manage and grow the brand presence across Instagram and other relevant social platforms
Develop content ideas for products campaigns seasonal moments and relevant trends
Work closely with Marketing Performance CRM Content and Creative teams
Analyze content performance and provide regular reports based on agreed KPIs
Identify social media trends and turn them into relevant executable ideas for the brand
Increase reach engagement qualified audience social traffic and social driven revenue
Plan and execute social media campaigns focused on traffic and conversion
Manage collaborations with influencers creators and KOLs and evaluate their performance
Use audience insights to improve content strategy and communication
Test and optimize formats including Reels Stories Carousels and UGC
Develop sales oriented content for priority products and categories
Key KPIs
Reach engagement rate
Audience growth and quality
Social traffic
Conversion and revenue generated through social media
UGC creator content volume and quality
Cost per engagement cost per acquisition where applicable
Contribution of social media to traffic and sales
Requirements
2 years of relevant social media marketing experience
Experience in E commerce Fashion or Retail is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of Instagram its formats and content dynamics
Ability to analyze data and work with analytics tools
Strong creativity and ability to turn insights into content ideas
Basic understanding of Performance Marketing and conversion
Strong execution collaboration and project management skills
Portfolio or proven examples of successful work are a strong advantage
