Job Description
We are seeking a detail oriented Pharmacovigilance Assistant to support our drug safety team with scientific research safety documentation data management and reporting
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the collection documentation and follow up of adverse event reports
Conduct literature searches and review relevant medical and pharmaceutical publications
Support the preparation of safety reports scientific summaries and presentations
Maintain accurate and organized pharmacovigilance records and documentation
Assist with basic analysis of medical and safety data
Collaborate with internal teams to support pharmacovigilance activities
Requirements
A university degree in pharmacy medicine or a related health or life sciences discipline
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong scientific research and literature review skills
Proficiency in reading and writing medical and pharmaceutical texts in English
Familiarity with statistics biostatistics and medical data analysis
Strong documentation and report writing skills with close attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating scientific information
Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and their applications in the medical and pharmaceutical fields
