Responsibilities
Define and execute the AI Transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities
Identify prioritize and lead high impact AI opportunities across business functions and operations
Lead AI initiatives end to end from identifying opportunities and developing POCs to implementation scaling and measuring business impact
Partner with business and technology leaders to redesign processes and implement AI powered solutions agents and automations
Lead cross functional AI transformation teams and coordinate with Data Engineering Product and Business teams
Guide the evaluation and adoption of LLMs AI agents automation platforms and emerging AI technologies
Establish practical frameworks for AI governance quality reliability security and responsible AI adoption
Define and track KPIs related to AI adoption efficiency automation quality and business impact
Drive organizational adoption through stakeholder management enablement and change management
Communicate AI opportunities progress risks and business impact to senior leadership
Requirements
8 years of experience in technology digital transformation data product consulting or related fields
Proven experience leading AI automation or technology transformation initiatives from concept to implementation and scale
Strong understanding of Generative AI LLMs AI agents automation and AI enabled business processes
Familiarity with prompt engineering RAG agentic workflows tool function calling and LLM evaluation
Strong business process analytical and systems thinking skills with the ability to translate business problems into AI solutions
Experience with AI governance responsible AI privacy security and risk management
Strong program stakeholder and change management skills
Ability to evaluate business value technical feasibility scalability cost and time to value of AI initiatives
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non technical stakeholders
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Business or a related field
