About TAPSI Here at TAPSI every ride propels us towards a greater purpose As a dynamic player in the ride hailing industry we re driven by a vision to redefine transportation and delivery while making a meaningful social impact At TAPSI we re committed to assembling the brightest talents and fostering a culture of performance excellence Join us on our journey to drive change innovate relentlessly and shape the future of mobility Together let s embark on an exciting adventure where no problem is too big and every solution contributes to something greater About the Role We are seeking a Director of Super App Growth to lead the strategy and growth of the TAPSI Super App ecosystem In this role you will shape the future of our Super App by driving traffic to its various services increasing usage and user engagement and fostering cross service adoption across the entire ecosystem You are an entrepreneurial data driven leader who is passionate about creating seamless user journeys and driving long term value within the Super App environment Responsibilities Define and drive the Super App growth strategy and roadmap fully aligned with the Super App s business objectives Identify and prioritize high impact opportunities to increase Super App traffic usage engagement and cross service adoption Develop and execute initiatives that drive users between different services within the Super App to increase multi service usage Use customer behavior product analytics market insights and business data to identify growth opportunities and make data driven decisions Partner closely with Product and Technology teams to translate growth opportunities into product initiatives experiments and scalable solutions Define and track key growth metrics including traffic campaign performance conversion retention and cross service adoption Coordinate cross functional stakeholders across Product Technology Business Marketing and Operations to ensure effective execution Establish scalable frameworks for growth experimentation prioritization and performance measurement Communicate strategic priorities progress insights and business impact effectively to senior leadership Requirements 8 years of experience in Growth Product Business Development Strategy or related leadership roles Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and customer insights into growth strategies and actionable initiatives Strong execution and stakeholder management skills with the ability to move from strategy to implementation achieve measurable results and collaborate effectively with Product Technology Business Marketing and Operations teams Strong understanding of growth frameworks experimentation user behavior funnels campaigns and product metrics Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced ambiguous and highly collaborative environment Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field MBA is a plus تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت تپسی معاون مدیر ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
