Accounting Officer We are looking for a proactive analytical detail oriented Accounting Officer to join our international team The role involves accounting and financial processes in an international business environment While core accounting principles may be familiar our processes reporting requirements and business practices may differ from those in Iran We therefore value adaptability curiosity and a willingness to learn Key Requirements Qualifications 3 6 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles concepts and standards Basic intermediate understanding of corporate governance and internal controls Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas data analysis and financial reporting Analytical questioning and action oriented mindset Ability to identify issues investigate root causes and follow through to resolution Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors discrepancies control weaknesses and financial risks Highly organized proactive responsible and persistent Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems regulations and processes Ability to work effectively in an international multicultural environment Flexibility to work overtime or respond to urgent matters when required Good written and spoken English What We Are Looking For We are not simply looking for someone who can perform routine accounting tasks We want someone who understands why things are done not just how The ideal candidate will Ask the right questions and challenge processes when necessary Identify problems and their root causes Propose practical solutions Take ownership and follow through until issues are resolved Adapt quickly to new processes and business practices Work effectively under pressure تهران تهران یوسف اباد تمام وقت شرکت نانو فناوران دارویی الوند کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد دارو
